Tax

We understand tax's vital role and complexity. With honesty and efficiency, we handle tedious tasks while collaborating closely with you, highlighting key issues for your informed decisions.

What we handle

Three areas, one relationship.

Hong Kong tax cuts across companies, individuals, and the property layer that touches both. We file returns, optimise positions, and represent you to the IRD — keeping all three views aligned to one client relationship.

Corporate - Profits tax

Our Profits Tax service ensures that corporate entities meet all obligations to the Inland Revenue Department with accuracy and confidence. We handle profit computations based on Hong Kong tax principles, manage the filing process from return preparation to submission, and provide representation for any assessment objections or special applications. We take a proactive approach, staying abreast of IRD queries and supporting you through correspondence and resolution.

  • Profit tax computations
  • Profit tax return preparation and submission
  • Profit tax assessment objection
  • Hold over application
  • Other profit tax matters (e.g. duplicate of PTR form request)
  • IRD query prepraation and liason

Individuals - Salaries tax

We support individuals and employers in managing Hong Kong salaries tax obligations efficiently and compliantly. For individuals, we prepare and file salaries tax returns through eTAX or paper forms, ensuring all income and allowances are properly reported. For employers, we assist with the generation and management of IR56 forms in coordination with HR services. We also handle assessment reviews and objection applications when required, ensuring you maintain a clear compliance status with the IRD.

  • Preparation and filing of salaries tax returns (both eTAX or paper form)
  • SDigital generation and management of IR56 forms for employers (when engaged with HR service)
  • Salaries tax assessment review and objection application

Tax Advisory

Our Tax Advisory service provides targeted guidance on complex tax matters, helping you navigate technical questions and optimise your tax position within regulatory boundaries. We assess offshore claims, liaise with the IRD on challenging matters, and deliver clear, pragmatic advice that balances risk management with compliance. All advisory is grounded in ethical standards and regulatory expectations, ensuring that strategic tax planning strengthens rather than undermines your long‑term business position.

  • Advisory on specific technical questions
  • Offshore claim assessment and query liason
  • Strict adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
